Add images
- Click the ‘Add Image’ button of the text editor.

- Enter an ‘Image description’. This description will help the search engines find your posts.
- Click on ‘Insert’ when finished.
- NOTE: You cannot upload images to the MIniTruckCanada Blog. You can only link to images that are already hosted elsewhere such as your own website. Upgrading to a premium account allows you to upload images directly from your computer to the MiniTruckCanada Blog and saves you time and bandwidth.
Most posts should not be longer than a couple of short paragraphs in length.
If you do have a long article…
- Write a single paragraph summary and insert into the text editor first.
- At the end of the summary, click the ‘More’ button on the very right of the editor bar.
- This ads a splitter between the summary and the rest of the article.
- Continue writing the rest of the article after the ‘More’ tag.
- After the article is published, the viewer will see the summary within the MiniTruckCanada Blog. They can click on the title of the post or the “Read Full Article” link which is automatically inserted where you placed the ‘More’ tag.
Your personalized footer
Each of your posts will include a footer containing your photo, name, business name, website address and links to your other posts. There is also the option for viewers to leave comments and ask you questions. We have set this up for you and will be visible after we publish your post.
- In the ‘Categories’ panel, deselect ‘Uncategorized’ and choose one category that best describes your post.
- While you’re in the process of writing your post, they are considered Drafts.
- You can click ‘Preview’ to see how your entire post displays.
- If you’re okay with how your post looks and you’ve proofread your text, click ‘Submit for Review’
- MiniTruckCanada.com will make sure the content is acceptable and we’ll publish it as soon as we can. If your content is deemed inappropriate or contains grammatical / spelling errors, we will send it back for you to fix.
